Le Sansa currently offers FREE shipping Australia wide with any purchases over $100, we also provide INTERNATIONAL shipping for WorldWide! which will take anywhere from 10-15 business days  .

We deliver using Australian Air Express and we are committed to getting your purchase to you as smoothly as possible. We’ll do our best to get your purchase to you within 3-5 working business day, it could take a little longer though, depending on your address.

We will keep in regular contact with you about the progress of your order, and provide information on tracking your purchase once it has been dispatched. Often it’s easier to get your new purchase delivered to a business address.

If you are having them delivered to your home, there will need to be someone there to sign for them! If you’re not around when your purchase is delivered we’ll leave you a card letting you know we tried. Your items will then be taken to your local post office so you can collect them at your convenience.

Please make sure you collect them within 4-5 business days, after that they will be returned to us and will have to be re-ordered. Once returned to us we will refund your purchase amount.
