Not as good as the Bobbie boots I previously bought

I was rather disappointed by these boots
My only previous purchase from you was the Bobbie boots which have a comfortable footbead with arch supports
I naturally expected the same. But no flat footbead with colour that transferred to my socks and they rubed the skin off my heels
