Perfect Fit

This was my first on line order for shoes ever, after spending hours shop hopping trying to find something comfortable and practical.
I ordered the shoes one night and they arrived the next afternoon. They fit like a glove and are very comfortable.
True to size and the colour is exactly as they appeared on line.
One very happy customer.

Not true to size

How I wish I had read the review for the pink Zabrinas to know size 38 does not fit size 38 feet.... Will need to exchange. The reviews for the same style should appear for all the colours. Beautiful shoes and style, perplexing sizing. Should be advised in the description

Hi Grace! We're so sorry about Zabrina not being the perfect fit. We have noted your feedback and will make the relevant changes! Warm regards, Le Sansa Team

Zabrina hot pink shoes

Not happy - not true to size - I am always 38 and these are very big for a 38 - so disappointed

Hi Annette – We're so sorry to hear that Zabrina wasn't a perfect fit! Our customer service team will be in touch by email to ensure this is resolved for you as smoothly as possible. Regards, Le Sansa Team
