Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your shoes. If they’re not quite right, we offer refunds and exchanges as per our policy.
Please try your shoes on indoors to avoid any marks or damage. Returns must be in original condition, with the shoe box free of tape and stickers.
Items showing signs of wear or damage may not be eligible for refund and will be returned to you.
Please return the item within 30 days of receiving your purchase if you wish to return or exchange any of your items. All original packaging needs to remain intact.
For Australian customers, return shipping is provided at no cost when selecting an exchange or store credit. Where a refund to the original payment method is requested, a return fee of $12.95 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover return shipping and handling costs.
Full-price items are eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit.
For sale items with a discount of up to 20% off, returns are eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit.
For items with a discount greater than 20% off, we offer exchanges or store credit only. Refunds are not available for these items.
If a shoe is purchased at 'Final Sale', the sale is final. No refunds, exchanges or credit available unless faulty.
On the rare occasion where a product may be faulty, we will ask you to send the product back to us for assessment. If the product is genuinely faulty, we will not charge you for the cost of returning the goods. We reserve the right to repair, replace or refund in full or part for faulty goods.

How to place a return
Australian Customers Only
You have two easy options for returns:
Option 1 – Online Portal (Recommended)
Use our Returns Portal to quickly book your return online. Simply follow the steps, and you’ll receive your return label and instructions instantly.
Option 2 – Manual Return Form
If you’d prefer, you can post your shoes directly to our warehouse. Please print and complete this RETURN FORM and include it in the parcel so we can process your refund or exchange.

Exchanges are processed the following business day after your parcel arrives at our warehouse. Refunds are subject to our returns policy.
NZ Customers
If you are not happy with your purchase or require a replacement for original order, we advise you to return the products to our NZ warehouse and they will process refund or exchange within 1 business day of receipt. The return address is as below -
