We want you to love your shoes. If they’re not quite right, we offer refunds and exchanges as per our policy.

Please try your shoes on indoors to avoid any marks or damage. Returns must be in original condition, with the shoe box free of tape and stickers.

Items showing signs of wear or damage may not be eligible for refund and will be returned to you.

Please return the item within 30 days of receiving your purchase if you wish to return or exchange any of your items. All original packaging needs to remain intact.  Please note that all postage expenses for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

For sale items with a discount of 10-20% off, returns are eligible for a refund or store credit.

For items with a discount greater than 20% off, we offer exchanges or store credit only. Refunds are not available for these items.

If a shoe is purchased at 'Final Sale', the sale is final. No refunds, exchanges or credit available unless faulty. 

If the size is wrong we are happy to exchange the product for a different size at no cost to you. If you’ve changed your mind and are requesting a refund, we're happy to offer you a refund on your purchase.

On the rare occasion where a product may be faulty, we will ask you to send the product back to us for assessment. If the product is genuinely faulty, we will not charge you for the cost of returning the goods. We reserve the right to repair, replace or refund in full or part for faulty goods.
