The baby pink suede capri loafers not comfy

The baby pink suede capri loafers are pretty but are not comfortable. They have raw seams at the heel which immediately rub and hurt the skin. They have a cushy sole but no arch support which is a most for me. The sole is not removable so I cannot insert my own. Very disappointed given the price point.

I love shoes and have quite a few pairs. I can say, hands down, these are the most comfortable pair I own. They are a very stylish boat shoe/loafer and I get heaps of compliments. Waiting for the Taupe to come back into stock so I can get another pair.
