Love the look of these shoes, but they are small, should have sized up. Too late to return as I wore them thinking they would be ok.

So happy with my purchases from Le Sansa!! Deliveries are quick and items well packaged. These sneakers are so comfortable. I bought a couple of pairs now in different colours and also got my 85 year old mum a pair! She loves walking and loved my new sneakers. Good quality leather and sizing right for myself and mum.

Beautiful and Comfy

Soo happy with my purchase!! So comfortable and sizing correct. I wear size 40 and that's what I ordered. From my first day of wearing these shoes, might I add, no socks, they are so comfy and I even had strangers in the street, complimenting my shoes!! Love your shoes Le Sansa!!

My white savis sneakers are the best to wear all day
The arch supports are so good especially for me as I’m on my feet all day long. I bought pair last year to go overseas with and now bought another to alternate . They go with everything from jeans to maxi dresses and are in use all season round.

Sizing is inaccurate

Very disappointed to have ordered my usual size, in this style, of good quality, at a reasonable price, to then receive a size too small. It feels somewhat misleading that the company has not addressed this by providing
at least a note in the product description that the sizes are not true to size. It seems, reading the
reviews, that this is a repeat issue for customers who have bought these shoes. This is an issue that really should have been addressed by the company by now. If a good vendor, customers should expect to be entitled to at least a response to this issue.

Way too small

Unfortunately the shoes were way too small and it seems I’m stuck with them as they were a last sale item. These items can’t be refunded, returned or exchanged.

The manufacture of these shoes is exceptional. Very good quality. They do run small in sizing though. I am a size 8 (39) and purchased size 40 as I was buying sight unseen onlne. I have just returned them to exchange for size 41.

Painful

I LOVE the look of the Savis shoe. I purchased them and they are arrived promptly. They looked great and were presented beautifully.

I put them on and the right shoe felt comfortable and fit perfectly. Unfortunately the left shoe was not the same. My little toe felt ‘squeezed.’ I decided that it must just need to be worn in so I wore them for the day the next day. It was agonising. I tried again the day after that and had the same experience.

This hasn’t happened to me before so I assume the shoe is faulty. So basically I’ve spent a whole lot of money on a gorgeous pair of shoes that I can’t wear. Lesson learned.
