I ordered 38 (my usual size) but it was too big so I returned them & almost immediately I received the size 37 which if asked for.

Best Shoes Ever!

Purchased a pair of Tilly in Hot Pink - was really surprised when they arrived - the quality was excellent, the colour and fit just perfect went online straight away and ordered another pair in Tan - showed a girlfriend and she also ordered a pair!
Delivery was really quick and kept up to date with emails all the way!
Definately a return customer!

Beautiful shoes and great colour.

Shoes sent back for refund. Rubbing backs of both feet. Unfortunately they cannot be tightened to fit snugly.

Didn’t fit, couldn’t be returned.

Delivery was very prompt, shoes ate true to size and very comfortable.

Unfortunately I had to return my beutiful Tilly forest green shoes because they were to tight normally there is never problem with the size and I am so disappointed so haven’t been advised if there are wider fittings available so I would like a refund thank you.
